2024 Nissan Frontier Performance
The 2024 Nissan Frontier is powered by a 310-horsepower, 3.8-liter V6 engine and a nine-speed automatic transmission. The Nissan Frontier comes with rear-wheel drive as standard, but you can opt for four-wheel drive. You can tow up to 6,640 pounds and haul up to 1,620 pounds with the 2024 Nissan Frontier. There is a tow/haul mode to add more safety and confidence to handling loads around.
2024 Nissan Frontier Interior and Exterior
On the outside, the 2024 Nissan Frontier looks rugged and powerful to match its performance. It is up to you whether you prefer the King Cab, which is a two-door extended cab, or the crew cab that seats five passengers and has four doors. The smaller, five-foot bed is standard and easy for errands around, but those with real-world truck needs can choose the six-foot bed. Approach and departure angles are set to allow maneuvering over back country obstacles. There is a 120-volt AC outlet conveniently located in the bed area.
Worth mentioning is the Hardbody special edition. It is styled like the 1980s Nissan Hardbody that was a precursor to the Nissan Frontier model. It has wheels, decals and a sports bar as well as red and black paint that is highly reminiscent of the old favorite.

- Nissan Frontier PRO-4X – The Pro-4X trim model is the Nissan Frontier’s off-road enhanced version. It adds all-terrain tires, off-road performance shocks, skid plates and an electronic locking rear differential. There is also a 360-degree camera and an off-road display.
- Nissan Frontier SL – A new trim this year, the SL adds to the SV trim model features leather upholstery, a ten-speaker Fender audio system, a sliding rear window and more striking LED lights.
